CA Byrne founded Trace My Roots Genealogy in 2021. They graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2018. With five years of experience in genealogical research, they are a passionate and thorough researcher of European and Ashkenazi Jewish genealogy. They are a member of the Association of Professional Genealogists, the North Carolina Genealogical Society, and the National Genealogical Society.
CA Byrne has always had an inquiring mind and fascination with mysteries in the world around them. What perhaps, is a greater mystery than, “Where do I come from?” CA has been tirelessly pursuing the answer to this question since they were 13-years-old. Tracing their roots has helped CA understand the history of who they are. It is precisely this unending quest for knowledge that has propelled their love and passion for genealogy.
We are certified with the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG), a professional organization dedicated to the growth and enhancement of the genealogical profession. APG is the world’s largest association for professional genealogists, representing nearly 3,000 members in forty countries around the world.
